Hyster’s E45-70XN Lift Truck Offers Improved Performance

Hyster E45-70XN series AC powered lift trucks offers numerous advantages in quality and ergonomics that make it one of most operator-friendly family of AC-powered products on the market.

This new generation of electric lift trucks will lower overall operating costs and maximize productivity by combining exceptional operator comfort, quality and superior performance.

A newly designed operator module provides a comfortable and productive operator compartment that features a 20 percent increase in floor space and a relocated ‘heads-up’ multifunction display for enhanced visibility and pallet control. The lift truck also uses a redesigned hood to provide maximum battery service access to reduce downtime, as well as easy access for the driver when entering and exiting the truck.

The truck’s new traction motor is designed with steel skin and cast end bells to allow for maximum air flow. The motor features improved speed sensors to provide accurate speed monitoring over the entire motor operating temperature range. The entire E45-70XN line has been subjected to comprehensive environmental and electrical testing to ensure that the trucks meet and exceed all international standards for industrial lift trucks. The new 80 Volt PowerPlus Performance option is the most productive configuration for fast and efficient load handling. Cutting-edge components and intelligent system designs, including AC motors and transistor controller technology for all traction and hydraulic systems, keeps the lift truck operational longer, with minimal downtime resulting in improved dependability, performance, and productivity. It is assembled on a new, state-of- the-art assembly line using the latest in manufacturing processes and techniques.

The company provides its customers access to an expansive parts availability program, in-depth operator training, and product customization for special applications.
