IronPlanet To Conduct Retirement Auction For 41-Year-Old New Jersey Construction Company

Nov. 27, 2017- Ray Mullen opened his construction business 41 years ago in Northern New Jersey. Shortly after the company opened, the county where his company was located experienced a housing boom and his company boomed along with it. Specializing in site work, road construction, sewer, watermain and storm drain installation, as well as curbing and paving, D.R. Mullen Construction Company Inc. was busy, growing to 35 employees.

Now 71 years old, after a great run in the business, Ray has decided to retire, choosing to sell all his company's equipment and trucks unreserved through an IronPlanet weekly online auction on December 14. Equipment highlights in the auction include excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, dump trucks, fuel trucks, service trucks, and more.
