Powered access and telehandler manufacturer JLG has appointed Palmer Johnson Power Systems as an authorized Ground Support service provider for customers within a 120-mile radius of metropolitan Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Palmer Johnson’s Minnesota service center is the seventh Palmer Johnson location named as a JLG authorized service provider. The Kansas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, St. Louis, and Madison, Wis., locations are also authorized JLG Ground Support service providers.
As a JLG authorized service provider, Palmer Johnson acts as an extension of JLG to meet customers' repair and service needs. Services now available through Palmer Johnson include equipment repair, maintenance, rebuilding of major components, boom overhauls, annual inspections and programs, mobile service, warranty repairs, and local parts stock. Palmer Johnson’s factory-trained technicians are able to provide a quick response for affordable and reliable service support.
JLG is establishing a network of authorized service providers to give its direct customers convenient access to high-caliber field service support. They are trained and evaluated by JLG to service and repair JLG equipment and in many cases can also repair other types and brands of construction and industrial equipment.

Palmer Johnson Power Systems specializes in servicing and supplying components for heavy-duty, off highway transmissions and axles. The company operates 10 full-service branches across North America with more than 50 factory-trained technicians. PJ Power also operates volume OEM transmission and axle remanufacturing programs at the company's Madison, Wis., headquarters.
