Publication of “Special Deep Foundation: Compendium Methods and Equipment. Volume II: Drilling Machines and Hydraulic Crawler Cranes” follows the publication last year of Volume I, which focused on piling rigs.

The selection of the most appropriate method and machinery demands ever more specialized knowledge and practical experience. These two books together comprise an authoritative reference to keep engineers up to speed with the latest developments in the deep foundation industry. The specifics of each method and machine technology are examined in detail, together with technical and economic parameters.
