Aleppo Township, Pa., May 2013—Pennsylvania state police are investigating an accident that stopped traffic on an interstate highway when a truck equipped with a boom lift fell off the flat-bed tractor-trailer truck that was hauling it. A police officer reported that the flatbed carrying the boom-lift-equipped truck blew a tire, causing its driver to lose control. The boom-equipped truck tipped off the flat bed and fell onto its side on the highway. It then slid along the road and ended up lying in the median. - pittsburgh.cbslocal.com
