Manulift Hosts Grand Opening

Manulift, Sainte-Foy, Quebec, hosted an official grand opening on May 29 for Manulift’s new installations in Varennes, Quebec. The event, which had an attendance of more than 350 people, was open to all involved in the construction and agricultural sectors.

For the grand opening, Manulift invited were Pierre Bouchard, enforcer for the Canadiens de Montréal hockey team, as well as the current IBF world super middleweight champion, Lucian Bute. Warwick’s construction company, G.Therrien’s racing team was also at the opening. Topping this off was the surprising arrival of Manulift’s racing team operated by some of Manulift’s clients.

Manulift used the occasion of the grand opening to show off some of the Merlo products with their specialized attachments. Manulift operators were present at the opening including Merlo’s head operator who had arrived directly from Italy.

Manulift gave away door prizes, such as two trips to Italy to visit the Merlo factory and tickets to cultural and sporting events, to thank clients and suppliers.
