Masco President Joins Oshkosh Board | Construction News

Oshkosh Corporation, parent company of aerial lift and telehandler manufacturer JLG,  has appointed Keith J. Allman to its board of directors.

Allman is president and chief executive officer of Masco Corporation, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of branded home improvement and building products that had $8.5 billion in revenue in 2014.

The addition brings Oshkosh's board to 13 directors, 12 of whom are independent.

“We welcome Keith as the newest member of the Oshkosh Corporation Board of Directors,” said Richard M. Donnelly, Oshkosh Corporation chairman of the board of directors. “Keith brings to Oshkosh a wide array of business leadership qualities and hands-on experience that will help us in continuing to drive our MOVE strategy."

Prior to his current role as president and chief executive officer of Masco, Allman served as the
group president for the company's Plumbing & North American Cabinetry businesses. He also served as president for Delta Faucet Company, a worldwide leader in faucets, shower heads, flush valves and related accessories.
