Global engineering company Modulift, has appointed Sarah Spivey managing director for the group. Modulift products are currently available in 20 international markets including Northern Europe, the USA and the Middle East, and Spivey plans to make expansion of the company a priority. “I’m delighted to be offered this opportunity to take the company forward,” she said. “It’s an exciting time for Modulift as we are launching a new rental division, offering lifting equipment for heavy lifts up to 1000 tonnes for rent from periods of one week to one year and beyond.” The company is also expanding its engineering division in order to concentrate on research and product development as the number of inquiries for custom-designed products continues to grow.
“Implementing our growth strategy with these new divisions along with the development of our distributor channels around the world presents a real challenge, something which I am greatly looking forward to,” added Spivey, who will continue to head the sales and marketing division alongside her new role.
