TVH in the Americas (TVH), a leading provider of replacement parts and accessories for the material handling and industrial equipment industry, is now offering red LED area warning lights.

Almost 40% of all forklift accidents involve a pedestrian, and these lights emit a bright red line on the ground to warn pedestrians that the area is not safe.

The Red LED Area Warning Light helps to ensure a safer work environment by preventing foot injuries, collisions from rear end swing as well as show the danger zone around mobile equipment.

Putting out 1,200 lumens, the red LED area warning light has five 3W LEDs and a voltage range of 12-64V DC. It is 6 in. long, 2.3 in. high, and 2.5 in. wide. The light includes mounting hardware, Deutsch connector, and two-year warranty.

The lights are designed to be mounted on the sides of the forklift but can also be mounted to the rear or front to create a complete zone. Each side of the forklift you want to protect requires one warning light. The red LED area warning light is easy to install. Simply remove the double- sided tape backing and press it to the top of the cage box, then zip-tie it in place.
