The next OIPEEC (International Organization for the Study of the Endurance of Ropes Conference) and 25th OIPEEC General Assembly will be held in conjunction with the Marine Technology Society Ropes and Tension Members Committee’s 9th International Rope Technology Workshop. With a focus on the safe use of ropes, the conference will be held March 22 and 23, 2011, at the Offshore Technology Research at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.
“We are proud to report that OIPEEC already has selected all of the ‘peer-reviewed’ science papers for the conference and we expect great participation of U.S.-based research and field application professionals,” said Knut Buschmann, OIPEEC president.
