Online Customer Center Upgraded at WIKA Instrument

WIKA Instrument Corp., Lawrenceville, Ga., has upgraded its Online Customer Center (OCC) with additional features to make the process faster and more user-friendly. The upgrades include increased ease of navigation with added tab locations; user name, password, and account number retrieval; simplified registration procedure, and multiple account visibility.

Existing OCC users are asked to register as a new user to ensure all customer information is secure, up-to-date, and accurate. OCC will be able to view specific account information without delay, check real time inventory availability, validate pricing information, verify lead time, review account history, locate UPS and FedEx tracking information, and view purchase order and invoice status.
