Operator Electrocuted when Crane Touches Power Line

West Gardiner, Maine, June 2012—The owner of a tree-service company was electrocuted when the truck-mounted logging crane he was operating touched a power line. The man was clearing tree growth away from the line when the accident happened. Witnesses told the fire chief the victim appeared to have died instantly. The victim's brother said that the next lift would have completed the job. OSHA is investigating.  – www.onlinesentinel.com
