Pelican Rope Works, Santa Ana, Calif., a manufacturer of high-tech, synthetic braided rope products, announced that the company has received ISO 9001:2008 certification from Orion Registrar, a worldwide ISO registrar organization.
"Pelican Rope Works is proud to be one of a select few rope manufacturers today to meet the stringent ISO 9001:2008 certification requirements," said President Terry Walker.
Pelican Rope Works manufactures high-performance synthetic ropes for the military, as well as the construction, arborist, safety and rescue, and marine industries.
"This latest ISO 9001:2008 certification is a direct reflection of the company's high level of commitment to quality and continuous improvement,” Walker said.
