A sign worker in Bountiful, Utah, died when the boom lift he was using malfunctioned and pinned him against a building. Police say that the victim and his son were using a truck-mounted boom lift to replace the sign on a business when some kind of malfunction caused the lift to push the man through the sign and pin him between the lift’s basket and the building's entrance ceiling. Bystanders performed CPR until emergency responders arrived. The victim later died at a hospital. OSHA is investigating. – www.fox13now.com
