Oct. 1, 2019 – Terex Utilities is showing four new concepts at the International Construction & Utility Equipment Expo (ICUEE), along with their new product releases, which include their 2019 Tools and Accessories Catalog, which contains hundreds of products and offers a convenient way to buy tools and accessories needed for utility work.
More than 20 pieces of equipment are also on display at ICUEE, including live demos of five products with new technologies, attachments, or features. Included are the new TL Series aerials, which were unveiled earlier this year. The concepts that Terex was seeking feedback on from customers and show attendees include a smart PTO system from Viatec for idle mitigation and a new tracker carrier for the LT40.
Through the catalog, which is sourced through independent manufacturers, Terex Utilities can provide many of the products most commonly used by utilities, telecommunication, and tree care companies. In addition to climbing and traffic safety gear, products include lights, live line equipment, hand tools, pole setting and ground equipment, PPE, power equipment, rigging, storage, and test instruments.
“This catalog is one more way we are partnering with fleet, safety, and purchasing managers to equip their crews with the tools and accessories they need to do their jobs,” said Peter King, national parts manager. “Whether its parts, rebuilds, inspections, or technical support, Terex strives to support safe work practices throughout the life of your equipment.”

During the show, Terex is also displaying a pink auger tool to raise awareness for breast cancer prevention. For every signature collected on a banner at their booth (#L316), Terex will donate $2 up to a total of $5,000 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
There is also a photo opportunity with a 1950s era digger derrick on display in celebration of Terex's 75th anniversary of its digger derrick product line.
