Lenny Polonski, president of Teupen America, Reading, Mass., reports that he has changed the company name to “The Spiderlift Company,” citing the need to simplify the name and provide easier product recognition. He says the new name will better reflect the company's products and mission.
The Spiderlift Company provides sales, service, rentals, and distribution for Teupen GmbH Spiderlifts in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Polonski told Lift and Access the company is currently signing a distribution deal with Spydercranes.com LLC to carry its mini crawler cranes. “We felt it was a good fit for our product line,” Polonski said.
Additionally, The Spiderlift Company offers a specially designed trailer specific for carrying its Spiderlift compact aerial work platforms, which feature platform heights ranging from 40 to 165 feet.
