Andrea Jaworski, human resource manager for Trico Lift in Millville, N.J., has been named the Delaware Valley Regional Society of Human Resource Manager’s 2012 HR Rising Star. Jaworski received the award, which according to the HR professional group, is given to an accomplished human resource professional with less than eight years of experience in the field. Andrea was nominated by her Society of Human Resource Manager (SHRM) peers and referred by Chris Carmolingo, chief operating officer of Trico Lift.
Jaworski has worked the last four years for Trico Lift. In her current capacity, Jaworski is responsible for the company’s personnel services, policies, and programs including recruiting and staffing; payroll and benefit administration, as well as performance management and improvement systems and employee orientation and training. Prior to becoming Trico Lift’s human resource manager, she worked as an independent HR consultant for several companies and organizations in the southern New Jersey area.
Jaworski has a master’s degree in Human Resource Studies from the University of Scranton and has attained Professional in Human Resource status from the HR Certification Institute. All those receiving the regional society’s 2012 Awards were honored at the HR Person of the Year Award Dinner on May 7 in Philadelphia.
