Two-way Transmitter Provides Operator with Feedback

Omnex Controls, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, introduces the T2600 wireless two-way transmitter for use with boom trucks, service cranes, and other material-handling applications. Two-way communication provides the operator with machine and diagnostic feedback.

Standard features include digital on/off and proportional capability. Each T2600 uses both a unique ID code to ensure that no two systems will conflict on a jobsite and frequency hopping spread-spectrum technology for reliable performance.

The transmitter can provide up to 32 functions using combinations of up to four buttons, two joysticks, two potentiometers, and 10 switches. Power is supplied by six AA batteries in a swappable pack and provides about 12 to 16 hours of continuous battery life. The transmitter weighs 7.6 pounds.
