Ultimate Services Inc., Kansas City, Mo., has acquired Canada Parts Plus and added the Sania, Ontario-based business to its aerial parts distribution division. CPP has been in business since January 2013.
“We have known Jason Creeden, general manager of CPP, for several years in the industry and have always been impressed with his work ethics and honesty. That’s what makes this such a great fit for our first acquisition,” said Jared Barber, business development manager for USI, noted.
While USI and CPP will continue to operate in the same manner as before, an expanded product line and additional shipping options will now be available to Canadian customers of both operations.
