Xtreme Introduces Telehandler Hook Attachment

Xtreme Manufacturing, Las Vegas, Nev., has introduced a hook attachment feature to add versatility to the company’s telehandler line.  The hook attachment is designed to allow for safer handling of loads that are best picked with a sling or chain.  Lee Kramer, Xtreme’s president, believes this attachment is something all telehandlers should have as a standard feature, adding “the relatively small cost is well worth the safety improvement achieved.”  This feature is now standard equipment on all new units produced by Xtreme and can be easily retrofitted in the field.

Kramer says, though, that while it is the company’s intent to retrofit all of the units produced to date, no timeline has been set, nor is there a program in place for the update.
