Elliott Announces New HiReach Model

Elliott Announces New HiReach Model

Elliott Equipment Co., Omaha, Neb., has unveiled the new M85 HiReach material handling aerial work platform on a non-CDL truck chassis. The M85 is a truck-mounted AWP with an 87-foot vertical reach and 60 feet of side reach. It offers a 750-pound capacity 30”x54” platform, an internal cable carrier system to deliver options like electric and hydraulic tool circuits to the platform, and full 180° platform rotation to allow the operator to stow the platform parallel with the boom. The unit also features an optional platform material handling jib with 500 pounds capacity. The newly designed platform system only requires a 19-gallon hydraulic oil reservoir with 2,750 psi of system pressure.

The new system provides more room for tool boxes and supplies. To save even more space, the M85 features a maximum outrigger spread of 18 feet on the rear outriggers, keeping the footprint to a minimum.

Elliott's engineers have built upon the most popular HiReach features by increasing platform capacity, redesigning the platform rotation and self-leveling mechanism, and removing the external cable carrier to the platform.

Like all Elliott HiReach models, the M85’s dimensions comply with U.S. road and bridge laws. The unit comes standard with an outrigger interlock system and is backed by Elliott's industry-leading warranty for additional peace of mind.
