Python Safety, iwi group Address Dropped Tool Solutions in Precast Concrete Industry

Concrete equipment and service provider iwi group has partnered with fall protection company Python Safety Inc. to address the growing concerns regarding workers at height in the precast concrete industry.

“The problem of dropped tools in the precast concrete industry is not new, but the increasing focus on safety has been a growing trend,” said Richard Isaacson, head of product marketing at iwi group. The organization has partnered with Python Safety to address dropped object issues in the industry.

Industry regulations exist for the protection of people from falling, but no serious guidance exists for protecting individuals from dropped objects, the third highest cause of death in the workplace.  Python Safety’s solutions uniquely address this major gap, offering both safety and productivity.

“Our partnership with iwi group is an exciting venture,” said Jeff Lake, chief operating officer for Python Safety. “Their dedication and focus specific to the concrete products industry allows us to collaborate in developing and offering products that not only meet general safety market needs but also within this growing vertical.”
