We at RSC recognize that eliminating preventable accidents comes from continuous focus on making safety a personal value for all employees. You often hear the phrase “safety first,” but for Scottsdale, Ariz.-based RSC Equipment Rental, safety not only comes first, but always.

Our focus on keeping safety continuously top-of-mind for all employees has helped RSC cut its OSHA recordable incident rate (TRIR) from 5.8 in 2005 to 1.2 as of November—a drop of 79.5 percent.
