Rotating Telehandler

Manitou’s MRT 2470 Privilege Plus rotating telehandler can lift 15,400 lbs. to 80’4” and reach 67’3” forward. It offers three operating modes (telehandler, winch, and platform) and numerous attachments. Its boom and 360° rotation allow operators to swing and place materials instead of pick, drive, and place them.

The Magni RTH 8.25 SH offers the heaviest maximum lifting capacity for a rotating telehandler at 17,600 lbs. and a maximum lifting height of 81 ft. With its attachments, it can serve as several machines in one, including a telescopic forklift, rough-terrain crane, access platform and more. The RTH 8.25 SH can lift 11,600 lbs. at maximum height and 2,600 lbs. at a maximum forward reach of 69 ft.

Lift and Access announced the winners of the 13th annual Leadership in Lifting Equipment and Aerial Plaftorms (LLEAP) Awards, which recognize the industry's most innovative new products.

To be considered in the 2018 LLEAP competition, a new product, major product improvement, or accessory must have been available in North America and introduced or delivered to the market between June 1, 2017, and May 31, 2018.

Paramount Equipment, importer and distributor of the Magni Telescopic Handlers, welcomed customers and Magni executives at the grand opening of its New Jersey headquarters on Oct. 25.

The Roselle, New Jersey, facility underwent a complete renovation and now offers modern offices, service bays, and numerous spare parts. The facility is designed to reinforce Magni’s support for its customers.

Dieci Introduces Fixed, Rotating Telehandlers

Dieci unveiled two new telehandlers at Intermat in Paris, a fixed Icarus 50.18 model and a rotating Pegasus 50.26 model.

Known as the I11.60 for the U.S. market, the 50.18 features a new cab with increased visibility and a new chassis with a modular development that brings a standardization of its components to reduce maintenance costs. It includes a low-noise 85.1-kW Kubota engine, new hydraulic system, and new Dieci software for its hydrostatic transmission with full electronic control.

Magni: New Rotating Telehandler Offers Highest Lifting Capacity for Category

Magni introduced its newest rotating telehandler, the RTH 8.25 SH, at Intermat in Paris, claiming it offers the category’s heaviest lifting capacity in the world at 17,600 lbs.

The lifting capacity is 4,400 lbs. more than the RTH 6.46 SH, which hit the market in 2017.

The 8.25 SH features a maximum lifting height of 81 ft., a maximum forward reach of 69 ft., and a total unladen weight of 52,910 lbs.

ROCK HILL, S.C. – Merlo redesigned the cab of its Roto MCSS rotating telehandler line, featuring a modular design with 360° views and a new air venting and filtration system to optimize operator comfort and safety.

The widest-in-class cabs are engineered with special mounts to reduce vibration. Seats offer independent suspension, and the split door opens a full 180°.

Merlo’s Roto MCSS models offer a 360° slewing turret, independent and jacking stabilizers, and capacity to lift and move loads at height.
