AXCS Equipment has announced the appointment of Matt Ingram as Midwest regional sales manager, a role focused on supporting dealers and expanding the company’s presence across the Midwest United States.
The company said Ingram brings more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, dealer development, battery technology and construction equipment. His background includes work in sales management, technical training, product development, and national account development across multiple industries.
Prior to joining AXCS Equipment, Ingram served as regional sales manager for Cratos Equipment, where he expanded dealer and rental networks across seven Midwest states and supported the introduction of battery-electric construction equipment. He has also held roles with Crown Battery Manufacturing, NorthStar Battery, Enerpulse and CTEK Sweden AB.

Throughout his career, Ingram has been recognized with multiple sales awards, including MVP of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors, as well as top sales producer recognition. The company noted his experience includes launching new technologies, supporting sales teams and conducting product training and demonstrations.
In his new role, Ingram will oversee the Midwest territory, focusing on dealer and rental partner support, new business development and regional growth.
