AXCS Equipment has announced the North American rollout of its five-model TH-Series telehandler lineup, expanding its product range into higher-capacity material handling equipment.

The rough-terrain lineup includes the TH-842, TH-944, TH-1044, TH-1056, and TH-1256, with lifting capacities ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 pounds.

The company said the lineup was developed with rental fleet service and parts management in mind, with a high percentage of parts commonality across the five models. Structural components, including frames, multi-stage booms, and operator cabs, vary by model, while core service components are standardized.

“With the official launch of our TH-Series telehandlers, AXCS is cementing its position as a complete, one-stop fleet partner for our rental and distribution networks,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “By expanding our reach into the high-capacity, 56-foot telehandler market, we are giving our customers the heavy-duty lifting power they need on complex commercial, infrastructure, and modular jobsites, backed by the same 'rental-tough' reliability and partnership they’ve always expected from our scissor lifts.”

Five Models

The TH-842, TH-944, and TH-1044 are the three mid-range models in the lineup. Each uses a 74-horsepower Deutz diesel engine that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards without requiring diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) or a diesel particulate filter (DPF).

The TH-842 has an 8,000-pound maximum capacity, a 42-foot lift height, a 23,920-pound operating weight, and a maximum forward reach of 28.7 feet.

The TH-944 has a 9,000-pound maximum capacity, a 44-foot lift height, a 25,243-pound operating weight, and a forward reach of 30.9 feet.

The TH-1044 provides a 10,000-pound maximum capacity, a 44.8-foot lift height, a 27,117-pound operating weight, and a forward reach of 30.9 feet.

At the higher end of the lineup, the TH-1056 and TH-1256 both have 56-foot lift heights and maximum forward reaches of 42.25 feet. Each has a rated capacity of 3,000 pounds at maximum reach.

The TH-1056 has a maximum capacity of 10,000 pounds and weighs 33,576 pounds stowed. The TH-1256 has a 12,000-pound capacity and an operating weight of 34,657 pounds.

Both models use a standard 107-horsepower Deutz diesel engine, with a 120-horsepower option available through build-to-order configurations.

Fleet and Operator Features

AXCS said its standard TH-Series build includes open roll-over protection structure (ROPS) cabs, joysticks, and mechanical layouts intended to simplify maintenance. Standardized service components are intended to reduce the number of parts needed for service departments and support consistent technical training across models.

Build-to-order configurations are available with fully enclosed cabs with heating and air conditioning, backup cameras with integrated proximity sensors, a Load Management System (LLMI), and a premium ergonomic joystick with integrated drive and shift controls.

The operator stations feature clear visibility, intuitive controls, and an in-cab multifunction display for critical machine data.

“As jobsites become more crowded and the skilled labor shortage continues, contractors need intuitive, powerful machines that operators can run with confidence from day one,” Liner added. “By pairing highly precise controls and excellent cab visibility with rugged, industry-standard Dana axles and Deutz power, we’ve designed our telehandlers to deliver maximum uptime and productivity with none of the over-engineered complexity that typically slows down field service.”

All five models carry AXCS' standard “2 & 5” Warranty, which covers the entire machine for two years or 2,000 hours. Specified major chassis, boom, and stabilizer components receive five years of structural coverage.

The TH-Series is available for order through AXCS Equipment's North American distributor and dealer networks.
