Caldwell and the RUD Group announced they are uniting their sales and marketing activities in the North American market for their material handling and lifting devices within a common organization.
This partnership means they will be able to offer a complete range of products that retains their recognized brand names, including Caldwell lifting equipment, Renfroe clamps, and RUD lifting and material handling solutions from a single source. In addition to the range of products, the partnership will extend and improve support services.
The former RUD U.S., located in Hiawatha, Iowa, will concentrate specifically on tire chain products and their corresponding product groups. The remaining business divisions for RUD U.S. will be integrated into the Caldwell facility in Rockford, Illinois.
Starting May 1, customers will find their contacts for Caldwell lifting means, Renfroe clamps, and RUD material handling and lifting devices at Caldwell. The group plans to inform customers of any contact changes.
