EUFMC Cancels 2020 Conference Due to COVID-19 Crisis

The Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference announced it is canceling its 2020 event, which had been scheduled for May 31-June 3 in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The EUFMC Board of Directors said in a statement that the decision to cancel was not made easily, but it was necessary for the health and safety of attendees after closely monitoring COVID-19 developments.

The EUFMC has held its annual event since 1953. In 2019, more than 125 utility fleet representatives attended, along with 350 manufacturer and service provider representatives.

The event plans to return in 2021.
