Fleetio has expanded its heavy equipment management platform through a new integration with John Deere Operations Center, giving access equipment and heavy machinery fleets more tools to track utilization and automate service.
The system imports John Deere telematics and diagnostics directly into Fleetio’s platform, enabling teams to monitor equipment health remotely, reduce downtime and improve scheduling across job sites.
“Fleetio is quickly becoming an instrumental part of our fleet maintenance operations,” said Brian Bailey, fleet equipment manager at Duracap Asphalt Paving Contractors. “The John Deere Operations Center integration is a value-added service for construction fleets, as well as agricultural and forestry fleets. This integration allows further automation, thus improving manual workflow processes by importing relevant data, such as Hour Meter, Location, Utilization, Fault Codes, etc., into a central hub with other existing integrations already functional today.”
In addition to the John Deere connection, Fleetio has introduced new service program templates, inspection tools and geospatial mapping features. These updates allow equipment managers to schedule preventive maintenance, receive automated alerts and track assets across complex or remote project sites.
With 10 pre-built service templates tailored for off-highway equipment, Fleetio says the updates will help teams keep lifts and other machinery in service longer while cutting unplanned downtime.
