Kubota will shift key leadership roles in early 2026 as part of its global strategic direction. The company announced that effective Jan. 1, 2026, Todd Stucke (pictured left) will assume the role of president of Kubota North America while also serving as general manager of Agri Solutions Headquarters in Japan.
In addition to overseeing North American operations, Stucke will advance the company’s technology strategy in the region. He previously served as chairman of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers in 2024.
“As I shift into a leadership role for Kubota North America, I am humbled by the opportunity to once again lead a tremendously talented team across the U.S. and Canada,” said Stucke. “I’m excited for what’s to come… as we continue to drive growth in this important market for Kubota.”
Kubota Corporation President and CEO Yuichi Kitao said the leadership transition supports the company’s plans to strengthen its position globally and in the North American market.
Brian Arnold (pictured right) will take on the role of general manager of the North America Manufacturing Unit while continuing as president of Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation. Arnold joined the company in 1995 and became the first American to lead KMA.
The announcement follows confirmation that Shingo Hanada will succeed Kitao as president and CEO of Kubota Corporation in Japan.
