LiftSmart launched its new Compact Lift (CL) Series at The ARA Show 2026 in Orlando, introducing a lower-height material lift range designed for tight-access and indoor lifting applications.

“This series came directly from listening to customers,” said Steve Citron, founder and managing director of LiftSmart. “They needed compact lifts that were durable, adaptable and built to last in rental environments.”

The four-model CL Series includes lift heights from 4 feet to 12 feet and load capacities from 350 to 500 pounds at a 14-inch load center. Models include the CL-4, CL-8, CL-10 and CL-12, with standard or straddle base options depending on configuration.

LiftSmart’s Adjust-A-Base™ system allows units to be converted between a standard base and a straddle base configuration. According to the company, common applications include HVAC installation, shipping and receiving, warehouse and retail stocking, appliance and IT equipment handling and construction or facilities maintenance tasks.

Designed and built in the United States, the CL Series includes Colson casters and wheels, a Dutton-Lainson one-speed braking winch, integrated fork storage pockets, oversized heavy-duty aluminum cable pulleys, extra robust 3/16 cable and standard forks.

The product launch coincides with LiftSmart’s 15-year anniversary. The company was founded in 2011 and debuted its first material lift, the MLC-18, at The ARA Show in Las Vegas that year.

To mark the anniversary, LiftSmart is holding a giveaway of an MLI-15 material lift at its booth during The ARA Show 2026. One winner will be drawn during the show and no purchase is required.

“The giveaway of our MLI-15 is a small thank-you to the many ARA member companies who have supported our journey since it began at The ARA Show in 2011,” said Steve. “Without the support of this association and its members, we would not be where we are today.”
