At a dinner held in their honor, Lift and Access magazine celebrated the winners of the 2018 Leadership in Lifting Equipment and Aerial Platforms (LLEAP) awards and distributed the trophies for the two top-ranked innovative products in five categories on Feb. 17 to kick off the ARA Show in Anaheim, California.

The winning companies represented at the dinner included GMG, Haulotte, Magni, Manitou, Jekko, Terex, Skyjack, and Serious Labs. Three of the nine LLEAP judges—Karen Scally, editor of Lift and Access; Jeff Stachowiak, national director of safety training at Sunbelt Rentals; and Michael Crouch, president of RMC Consults—also attended the event.
Prior to the awards ceremony, Lift and Access paid tribute to fellow 2018 LLEAP judge Alastair Robertson, president of Universal Equipment in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who died Jan. 30, 2019.
