Load Lifter Rolls Out 25K Rough-Terrain Forklift | Construction News

Load Lifter Manufacturing Ltd., Stouffville (Toronto), Ontario, Canada, has rolled out a new model in its heavy-duty range of vertical-mast, rough-terrain forklifts.

The 4414-25F is a rugged, 25,000-lb.-capacity forklift that features four-wheel steering and full-time four-wheel drive.

Excellent ground clearance and gradability make it well suited for work in poor ground conditions and remote areas.

Typical applications include lumber and sawmill work, pipe handling, oil-field work, mining, and steel fabrication.

It is powered by a 174-hp., six-cylinder Perkins electronic engine coupled to a Dana 32,000 series transmission and Kessler heavy-duty outboard planetary-drive axles complete with full-power hydraulic brakes.

A fully enclosed, isolated operators module comes standard and includes adjustable tilt steering, seat-mounted ergonomic controls, full suspension seat, front and rear wipers, and a ducted heating system. The seat location give the operator a superior view of the job site.

A full range of mast lifting heights is available, as well as a full range of OEM attachments, such as pipe clamps, spreader bars, and grapples.
