Magni Telescopic Handlers has introduced a new line of fully electric vertical mast lifts designed for operations where hygiene, precision and sustainability are top priorities. The MJP series, comprising the MJP07OF, MJP08OF, and MJP11.5AC, delivers compact design, high performance and zero hydraulic oil use, making it well-suited for sensitive indoor applications in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
Unlike traditional lifts, the MJP models use an electrically actuated piston instead of a hydraulic cylinder. This oil-free design eliminates the risk of fluid leaks, reducing contamination hazards and environmental impact.
The new MJP lifts offer working heights ranging from 6.7 meters on the MJP07OF to 11 meters on the top-tier MJP11.5AC. Each model is equipped with sealed AGM batteries, known for their extended lifespan and resistance to vibration and tilting. Compared to conventional options, these batteries offer up to three times the charging cycles.
Magni has also integrated maintenance-free AC motors into the lifts. These brushless, commutator-free motors are fully sealed and rated IP67 for dust and water resistance. Internal sensors continuously monitor speed and temperature to enhance safety and performance.
The chassis includes built-in forklift slots, streamlining transport and setup. Compact dimensions and excellent maneuverability make these lifts ideal for tight indoor environments. Their ability to maintain stability on unconsolidated surfaces further broadens their use in logistics and facility management settings where equipment needs to be clean, efficient and low-maintenance.
With the launch of the MJP line, Magni continues to expand its portfolio of electric solutions for industries requiring both performance and precision in environmentally sensitive workspaces.
