Maxam Tire has expanded its rubber track lineup with the introduction of the MT152 Rubber Track for compact track loaders.

The MT152 features an enhanced Z-Lug tread design with increased tread depth and a larger footprint. Maxam Tire designed the track for construction, site preparation, and general earthmoving applications, including work in loose ground conditions.

The rubber track uses a heavy-duty carcass designed to provide machine stability and structural integrity under demanding workloads. A stepped tread pattern allows mud and debris to move out of the tread, while a cut- and tear-resistant tread compound is designed for durability in harsh operating conditions.

According to Maxam Tire, the increased tread depth and optimized net-to-gross ratio are intended to provide longer tread life. The company says the MT152 combines the traction characteristics of its traditional Z-Lug design with changes intended to increase wear life.

“The MT152 was developed to give equipment owners aggressive traction and the durability they need to maximize uptime,” said Matt Fagan, director of research & development at Maxam Tire. “By enhancing the traditional Z-Lug design with a deeper tread, larger footprint and reinforced carcass construction, we’ve created a rubber track that delivers outstanding performance, extended wear life and dependable operation across a wide range of challenging jobsite conditions.”

The MT152 is available through Maxam's representatives as part of the company's rubber track lineup.
