Mazzotta Rentals will open a new branch in Lumberton, New Jersey, in Spring 2026, expanding its service footprint in the Northeast and providing faster access to construction equipment for contractors across Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
The Lumberton location is strategically situated near major transportation routes, including Routes 38 and 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, allowing rapid deployment of aerial lifts, telehandlers, earthmoving equipment and other jobsite machinery. The branch is 30 miles from downtown Philadelphia, giving contractors direct access to one of the region’s largest commercial construction markets.
The new facility also enables closer coordination with the company’s Brewster, NY, branch, 115 miles away, supporting regional fleet management and service operations. Mazzotta Rentals’ expansion into Central New Jersey strengthens its connected Northeast corridor, which already includes operations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York.
Mazzotta Rentals emphasizes a hands-on, service-driven model. “Our structure is simple,” said Robert Mazzotta, VP of Mazzotta Rentals. “One team member, one relationship, from start to finish. Contractors should not have to chase answers across departments.” This approach is paired with a modern fleet designed to reduce downtime and improve reliability for busy job sites.
“Service is what separates us,” said Joseph Mazzotta, CEO of Mazzotta Rentals. “We take a personal, hands-on approach. Our team is accessible, responsive and accountable. We will not be beaten on service.”
The Lumberton branch will support the region’s ongoing construction growth, including infrastructure projects, logistics expansion, healthcare development and municipal work. The branch is expected to be fully operational in Spring 2026 and will enhance Mazzotta Rentals’ ability to provide rapid, reliable equipment solutions across the Northeast.
