MEC Aerial Work Platforms has strengthened its product management team with the appointments of Rob Orlowski as director of product development and Corey Raymo as director of aerial work platform products.
The company said the additions are intended to strengthen the team responsible for translating field feedback and rental fleet requirements into future product development.
Orlowski joined MEC in January 2026 and leads the company's product development process, cross-functional program execution and product portfolio analytics. His previous experience includes leadership roles in engineering, product management and marketing with Hitachi Construction Machinery, Link-Belt, Komatsu America Corporation and Case New Holland.
Raymo joined MEC in March 2026 and oversees product strategy and lifecycle management for the company's scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts and boom lifts. He brings more than two decades of MEWP industry experience, having previously held product management, engineering and aftermarket leadership roles at JLG Industries and Manitou Americas. Before joining MEC, Raymo served as global engineering director for Carrier Transicold.
According to MEC, the expanded leadership team supports the company's continued investment in product development and portfolio growth.
"MEC continues to invest aggressively in the people, processes and technologies that drive product innovation," said David Baxter, vice president of product management at MEC. "Rob and Corey are highly accomplished industry leaders whose combined expertise spans product strategy, engineering, market development and customer engagement. Their additions strengthen MEC’s ability to bring innovative, market-specific solutions to our North American customers faster while supporting the continued growth of our award-winning product portfolio."
He added, "As our customers' needs evolve, MEC is committed to investing in the talent and capabilities necessary to remain a trusted partner and product innovator for working at height."
MEC said the expanded product management organization is part of its broader North American growth strategy as it continues developing products based on customer needs for safer and more productive work at height.
