OTR Engineered Solutions has enhanced its online Track Finder tool, adding a new interface, broader product selection and expanded equipment fitment data.
The updated digital platform is intended to streamline the process of identifying rubber track solutions for off-road equipment, including cranes and other machinery used in lifting and access applications.
“OTR is committed to making customers’ lives easier, and the updated Track Finder does just that — allowing customers to easily browse and purchase tracks from the convenience of their smartphones,” said Mitch Mittlestadt, general manager/aftermarket.
Users can search by tread pattern, track size or equipment make and model. The system provides detailed specifications to help determine the appropriate tread design and track configuration for specific applications. Dealers and fleet customers with corporate accounts can review inventory availability and complete purchases online through OTR’s distribution network, while end users can coordinate purchases through local OTR-product dealers.
The company reports its database contains roughly 1,200 track fitments and continues to expand with new products and information added monthly. The Track Finder includes track options for carriers, compact track loaders, cranes, drills and mini excavators. Eight tread styles are currently offered, with additional tread designs under development.
“Our track offering is rapidly growing, along with our distribution network to better serve customers with high-performance products and excellent availability,” said Mittlestadt. “In fact, our database includes roughly 1,200 track fitments, and we’re adding to that monthly with more products and new information. Our updated interface makes it easier than ever for customers to walk through the selection process and narrow down the best solution for their equipment. Even more, it’s optimized for viewing on smartphones, since that’s where most people prefer to browse.”
OTR Engineered Solutions operates more than 30 facilities and warehouse locations across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia, serving OEM and aftermarket customers in construction, material handling and other industries.
