Point of Rental Adds Customer Service Experts

Point of Rental has announced the addition of a pair of guides to help users maximize their rental software experience.

Kim Hamilton joins Point of Rental to solve user issues as a Tier II Support Specialist with 11 years of experience providing rental software support. Her career started in the event rental industry, working throughout the New England area before switching to software support in 2009. 

Michael Pavlov has joined the Australian office as its first Sales Development Representative. Pavlov will help determine the best solutions for potential clients. Born in Australia, he grew up in the U.S. before returning to Australia for university, where he graduated with business and marketing degrees. He speaks English and Russian.
