RAVAS has introduced the iCP Performance, a mobile weighing system designed for forklift trucks operating in high-volume and demanding logistics environments. The system allows operators to weigh loads while driving, with the goal of reducing downtime and improving weight registration efficiency.
The iCP Performance is designed for operations that handle large numbers of pallets and require consistent, accurate recording of gross weight. According to RAVAS, the system supports applications such as less-than-truckload (LTL) transport and air freight, where time efficiency is critical. The system is OIML-compliant, with certification pending and expected in the first quarter of 2026.
The weighing system is built on RAVAS’ RedBox platform and includes a newly developed indicator and mechanical design. It uses four 2D load cells, features low dead weight and is designed to maintain clear operator visibility. RAVAS states the system is intended for intensive daily use while remaining user-friendly in fast-paced logistics operations.
The iCP Performance is designed to deliver accurate measurements across varying working conditions and can integrate with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms. Built-in safety functions include load center of gravity display and visual and audible alerts for overload or tipping risks.
Optional features include weigh-in-motion technology, as well as an integrated fork positioner and side shifter. These options are intended to allow faster pallet placement while minimizing the impact on the forklift’s lifting capacity. The system is also designed to support future digital updates through over-the-air software enhancements using the Indicator App.
RAVAS reports that the iCP Performance is compatible with both new and existing forklift trucks and can be used across different brands and configurations.
