Skyjack has announced two additions to its North American sales team, appointing new territory sales managers in several U.S. regions as part of efforts to strengthen leadership and customer support.
The appointments, announced June 15, 2026, include Steve De La Torre and Brian Wesley, both of whom bring experience in aerial equipment, material handling and construction equipment rental markets.
De La Torre will serve as territory sales manager for Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. According to Skyjack, he brings more than 21 years of experience in the aerial lift and material handling sectors, with a focus on customer support and business development. His experience includes working with rental companies throughout the Southwest.
“Steve’s proven experience within the rental equipment and construction service industries of CO, AZ and NM is a real asset for customers seeking Skyjack’s reliable machines and exceptional service,” explained Matt Tavianini, VP of Sales, North America, Skyjack. “I’m looking forward to Steve’s impact on Skyjack and our southwestern US markets.”
“Skyjack has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer support across the Southwest,” added De La Torre. “I am eager to connect with, and strengthen relationships with, Skyjack’s partners and operators in the region and help drive continued growth.”
Brian Wesley has been named territory sales manager for Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and West Tennessee, replacing Bob Webb, who is retiring from the role. Wesley brings more than 25 years of experience in construction equipment rental and has worked with customers in Louisiana and Mississippi markets for more than 20 years.
“Brian’s experience within the regional rental markets, and with the current customer base, will prove valuable in the transition to Skyjack,” highlighted Tavianini. “With his strong foundation built in equipment rental and customer service, Brian is a great addition to our company, which is known for reliability and innovation.”
“I am thrilled to take on the Territory Sales Manager role with Skyjack,” shared Wesley. “Bob has done a fantastic job with the Southeast markets to date and I look forward to continuing to build upon that momentum.”
Skyjack also acknowledged Webb’s contributions after joining the company in 2016.
“We sincerely thank Bob for the passion and expertise that he brought to the organization. We at Skyjack are all wishing him and his family a happy and healthy retirement,” said Tavianini.
