Stellar Industries has expanded its sales leadership team with new hires and an internal promotion designed to strengthen regional support across several key product lines, including mechanic and service trucks, cranes, and trailers.
The 100% employee-owned manufacturer announced that Marcus Smith, Rod Belscher and Brad Held have joined the company as regional sales managers, while Tyler Havens, a longtime Stellar employee, has been promoted to LubeMate, FuelMate and trailer sales manager.
Smith will serve the Northeast region, representing Stellar’s hooklift, roll-off and container truck lines. His background in manufacturing and fabrication supports his focus on regional sales planning and distributor relations.
“I’m most looking forward to working with our customers and selling quality products,” said Smith. “There is great potential in the Northeast market, and I’m excited to be part of that future growth.”
Belscher brings years of experience in the commercial trucking industry to his new position in the Western region. He will collaborate with distributors to deliver tailored hooklift solutions to meet customer needs.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know the customers in my area as well as the challenges they are facing in their business,” said Belscher. “Once I better understand their needs, I feel confident that I’ll be able to help find the product that will align with their goals for growth.”
In the Great Lakes region, Held will lead sales efforts for mechanic and lube truck products. With a decade of experience in sales and customer service, he will focus on building partnerships with distributors and anticipating product demand.
“I am most looking forward to building lifelong relationships with distributors throughout the Great Lakes region,” said Held. “With strong, trusting partnerships and best-in-market products and service, I am excited to contribute to Stellar’s future growth.”
As part of the company’s internal development strategy, Tyler Havens has been promoted to manage sales for the LubeMate, FuelMate and trailer lines. Havens’ previous role as product manager gives him a strong foundation for supporting distributors and expanding market reach.
“I’m thrilled to be stepping into this new role,” said Havens. “Leveraging the product knowledge and distributor relationships I’ve built over the years, I’m confident I can help grow Stellar’s trailer market share across a variety of industries.”
“We’re excited to welcome Marcus, Rod and Brad to the Stellar team and congratulate Tyler in his new role,” said Tim Davison, vice president of sales and marketing at Stellar. “We are confident that the leadership and experience that they bring to their regions will help drive sales growth and strengthen our customer relationships.”
