Stellar Industries has announced the completion of its annual employee fundraising initiative benefiting United Way of North Central Iowa, with a total contribution of $34,561.
The donation reflects funds raised by employees during the holiday season, matched by the company as part of an ongoing community support effort. Stellar stated that the initiative is designed to strengthen local organizations in the Iowa communities where employees live and work.
“It’s inspiring to see our team come together each year to give back to such a meaningful organization,” said David Zrostlik, president of Stellar. “Supporting United Way is truly an honor, and we’re grateful to play a small part in making a positive difference in our local communities.”
Stellar is a manufacturer of work trucks, trailers and service truck and van accessories and operates as a fully employee-owned company. Its corporate giving program focuses on investing in local education, social services and nonprofit organizations in areas where it maintains a presence.
The company reported that organizations interested in receiving support through the program can apply online. Donation requests are reviewed monthly, with eligibility and application details available on Stellar’s website.
