TVH Americas has announced that Chief Operations Officer Tanja Dysli has been included in the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain by Supply Chain Digital. The honor spotlights executives who shape operational strategies and influence the global supply chain.

According to the company, Dysli was delighted by the recognition. “Especially since I’ve only been at TVH for a few months. Of course, this is the result of the whole Operations team, who work hard every day towards our goal of sustainable growth. Moreover, it’s proof that, as a market leader, TVH is on the right track towards futureproofing its business by investing in strengthening stock availability and providing lead times that are both competitive and reliable. And on a personal note, I’m really happy to keep being included on the list, after my inclusion last year,” Dysli said.

Dysli joined TVH in October 2025 after 24 years at IKEA, where she served as chief supply chain officer for six years. She focuses on operational excellence, technology adoption and supporting a diverse workforce.

TVH Americas, part of the global TVH Parts Holding network, supplies over 50 million parts and accessories for material handling, industrial and construction equipment. With locations in the Americas and worldwide, TVH serves customers in more than 180 countries.
