The NTEA – The Work Truck Association will host its Executive Leadership Summit on September 21 to 22, 2026, at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

The event will gather commercial vehicle industry professionals to review key market forces affecting the work truck sector, including economic conditions, regulatory developments and emerging technology trends.

According to NTEA, the summit is designed to provide industry leaders with market intelligence and analysis to support planning and decision-making across manufacturing, distribution and fleet operations.

“In today’s rapidly changing business environment, industry companies need more than information — they need context, perspective, and a clear understanding of what’s ahead,” said Steve Carey, NTEA president & CEO. “The Executive Leadership Summit provides timely market intelligence to help organizations identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and make more informed decisions.”

Summit agenda highlights include:

  • Innovation strategies for business growth
  • Automation planning in manufacturing and fabrication
  • Industry economic outlook through 2027
  • Competitive positioning in evolving markets
  • Expert Q&A sessions on industry trends
  • Data-driven market analysis and insights
  • Regulatory and policy updates in the U.S. and Canada

A welcome reception will be held September 21, followed by a full-day program on September 22.
