Xtreme Manufacturing has launched its new global online warranty services portal.
Now available, the new online warranty services portal allows Xtreme Manufacturing equipment owners to digitally manage all product warranty and warranty claim information.
New users can create an account to submit a claim, search and view claim history, and submit labor rate declarations. The user-friendly online portal provides convenient 24/7 access and up-to-date product warranty information.
The new warranty services portal is the second part of Xtreme’s digitization of customer support. In September, the company launched a new online technical publications portal that provides free access to the complete library of the Xtreme’s current and archived operator manuals, parts and service manuals, bulletins, schematics, recommended spare parts lists, load charts, quick reference guides, and much more.
