Bragg Buys More Link-Belt Rough-Terrain Cranes | Construction News

Bragg Crane Service, headquartered in Long Beach, California, recently finalized the purchase of eight new Link-Belt Cranes with Nixon-Egli Company. Bragg, a long-time Link-Belt owner, will take delivery of all units by the end of the third quarter of 2017.

The package includes five new HTC-86110 telescopic-boom truck cranes, one HTT-86110 telescopic-boom truck terrain crane, and two 110 RT rough-terrain cranes.

Ian Johnsen, Bragg Crane Rental’s vice president and chief operating officer, noted that Link-Belt truck cranes have been the backbone of the Bragg taxi crane fleet for the past 20 years.

“From our experience to date, the new HTC-86110 is a great blend of reach, capacity and outstanding road ability that is already exceeding our expectations,” stated Johnson. He went on to say that they are looking forward to their first Link-Belt truck terrain, which should excel in the confined work environment of their Santa Barbara region.
