Carde Pacific Assets Sold to Continental Crane

The assets of Carde Pacific, La Mirada, Calif., were recently sold to Continental Crane Co.  Both companies served the Los Angeles and San Diego metro areas, and were headquartered about a mile apart. Continental Crane has changed its name to Carde Pacific, and will continue to operate at the Continental Crane facility.

The new Carde Pacific rental fleet boasts over 60 rough-terrain, all-terrain, and crawler cranes for rent, as well as a large inventory of boom trucks and hydraulic truck cranes from Terex, Comedil, American, Manitowoc, Link-Belt, Grove and Liebherr. All of Carde Pacific cranes meet Tier 3 emission standards and are maintained to the highest standards for optimum performance and reliability.

The new Carde Pacific states it will be among the largest Kobelco and Terex crane dealers in the U.S. In addition, adding the inventory and personnel from Carde will create one of the largest and most networked crane parts and crane service companies in California, according to the new company.
