Crane Industry Veteran John Wessel Joins CECO Ltd. | Construction News

 

John Wessel has joined CECO Ltd of Shakopee, Minn., as sales representative for the Upper Midwest. He reports directly to Bob Jesso, chief financial officer. 

Wessel has more than 35 years of crane sales experience, having worked for crane manufacturers American Hoist & Derrick Company, Manitowoc Crane Group, and Terex Cranes before retiring in 2009. 

Most recently, he was managing director of the Florida Crane Owners Council, Inc. (FCOC) before he and his wife moved to Minnesota in 2013 to be near family. 

CECO Ltd. was founded in 1988 by current president Larry Bistodeau. It's rental fleet includes rough-terrain cranes with capacities from 30 to 120 tons; industrial cranes from 8 to 22 tons; and crawler cranes from 165 to 440 tons.

CECO Ltd. also has available for rent the Manitowoc “WA” Wind Attachment boom and No. 59 luffing jib attachment for the Manitowoc 16000 lattice-boom crawler crane.      

CECO Ltd. Crane and Equipment Leasing is also an authorized distributor for Grove Yard Boss Industrial Cranes.
