Crane Warning Systems Partners with Orlaco | Construction News

Crane Warning Systems has partnered with Orlaco to provide specialized vision solutions for a wide range of industrialized equipment.

Crane Warning Systems focuses on retrofitting customized LMI, RCI, and crane-mounted wireless indicator systems. Crane Warning Systems says the Orlaco camera system will pair well with new and existing crane indicator systems to give users optimal vision. The system is customized, ergonomically enhanced, comfortable, and user friendly.

Orlaco joins Hirschmann/Belden as a supplier of top-quality equipment used by Crane Warning Systems. According to a Crane Warning Systems spokesperson, "We see Orlaco to be the top camera manufacturer in our current age.  Their decision to establish their USA headquarters in Georgia has provided Crane Warning Systems with a unique opportunity to offer a camera system that is built for the endurance and ruggedness that is expected out in the field."

Orlaco is ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 certified, IS014001, CE Marketing-EMC compliant with extended third party testing and added certificates. The systems operate in temperatures from -40ᵒ F to +185ᵒ F. The cameras use chemically-hardened glass and heated lenses to eliminate condensation and frost, and Nitrogen-filled housings for ingress protection.

They are hand assembled, impact and vibration proof at a rating of 50Gs, and have a light sensitivity of .05 lux -- the light of a full moon.

The Infrared cameras have LEDs mounted separately from the lens to allow better light and less distortion. The monitors adjust automatically to the ambient light and offer an integrated sun visor. The monitors are also protected against induction voltages, load dumps, and over/under voltage.

This product line carries a full two-year warranty and support both in Canada and the United States.
